This course builds upon the information presented in DMS 120 OB/GYN Sonography I. Focus will be placed on sonographic findings in normal and abnormal second and third trimester obstetric patients and the post-partum patient. Students will be instructed in the recognition of abnormalities and pathology of second and third trimester obstetric exams, including genetic abnormalities and syndromes and postpartum complications. Interventional and advanced ultrasound imaging procedures will be covered.
