DMS 135 - Sonography Clinical Practrice II

2 Credit Hours

This second clinical experience offers an opportunity for hands-on experience in a clinical environment. Students will begin to produce images with instruction, guidance, and supervision. A minimum of 90 hours are required in the clinical setting.

Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed DMS 100 - Intro to Diagnostic Med Sonography, DMS 105 - Sono Principles & Instrument I, DMS 110 - Sono Principles & Instrument II, DMS 115 - Abdominal Sonography I, DMS 120 - OB/GYN Sonography I, and DMS 125 - Sonography Clinical Practice I, or program director approval to enroll.
Corequisites: DMS 130 - Neurosono & Small Parts Ultrasound or director approval.
