DMS 130 - Neurosono & Small Parts Ultrasound

4 Credit Hours

The focus of this course is the use of diagnostic imaging on the neonatal brain and spine, male pelvis, and musculoskeletal joint structures.

Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed DMS 100 - Intro to Diagnostic Med Sonography , DMS 105 - Sono Principles & Instrument I , DMS 110 - Sono Principles & Instrument II , DMS 115 - Abdominal Sonography I , DMS 120 - OB/GYN Sonography I , and DMS 125 - Sonography Clinical Practice I  or program director approval to enroll.
Corequisites: DMS 135 - Sonography Clinical Practrice II , unless otherwise approved by the program director.
