AUTO 203 - Automotive HVAC Systems I

3 Credit Hours

This course is a beginning study of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in vehicles. The study includes practical applications of automotive HVAC work including refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and engine cooling systems as well as the operating systems and related controls for automotive HVAC. In addition, students will gain skills in the application of refrigerant recovery, recycling, and handling processes.
