PLMB 108 - Fixtures and Drain, Waste, and Vent Systems

This course discusses the most common types of fixtures and the types of faucets available. It covers the factors that influence drain, waste, and vent system design and how different types of drains, fittings, vents, and pipes are used to move waste out of a building. Students will learn installation requirements that prevent malfunctions in the system. Additionally, students will learn the processes in which water is distributed.
